1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Travel Kingdom DMC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings require a deposit to confirm. Full payment is due prior to the commencement of travel. Cancellation policies vary by service and will be communicated at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
3. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Travel Kingdom DMC is not liable for costs arising from uninsured events.
4. Itinerary Changes
While we make every effort to adhere to published itineraries, circumstances beyond our control (weather, closures, force majeure) may require modifications. We will communicate any changes promptly.
5. Liability
Travel Kingdom DMC acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
